Our Orange County hotel near Anaheim convention center offers a wide array of meeting venues, banquet facilities and conference centers, spanning 65,000 square feet, from breathtaking ballrooms to exquisite outdoor space. To ensure your Orange County event meets your standards, all of our meeting and Orange County conference facilities can be provided with controls for heat and air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical, special lighting effects, microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and electrical needs.


Grand Ballroom

Host your important event in our 17,000 square foot ballroom. The breathtaking allure of this impressive room lends its own magnificent effect to any festivities, with dramatic lighting effects and innovative treatments on a 24-foot ceiling. Enjoy space for 1,400 to 1,900 guests, plus a 4,400 square foot foyer and 2,200 square foot hallway. This ballroom may be divided into seven rooms.


First Floor-- North Tower

Garden Rooms
Ranging from 1,075 square feet to 4,448 square feet, these elegant Garden Rooms feature reception space for 120 up to 500 guests. Garden Rooms are perfect for intimate to mid-sized events.

Outdoor Meeting Space

North Tower Pool

Enjoy more than 7,000 square feet of outdoor space by our outdoor swimming pool and room for up to 560 guests. Let your imagination run wild with tropical and island themes.

North Tower Garden

This garden area boasts 2,960 square feet of refreshing beauty and can easily accommodate 250 guests.

Second Floor, North Tower

Hospitality and Meeting Rooms
Harbor Room
With 1,836 square feet of elegant interior space, the Harbor Room accommodates a guest list of 160 for receptions or 120 for formal seated banquets.
Pacific Room
Similar in size and style to our Harbor Room, the Pacific features 1,872 square feet of well-designed interior space, allowing you to greet 200 guests in a reception or to seat 120 for a banquet.
Salons I through VIII
Ranging from 540 square feet to 800 square feet, these sophisticated meeting rooms provide ample space for multimedia presentations, team get-togethers and intimate receptions for up to 90 guests.
First Floor, South Tower
Royal Ballroom
Elegantly designed with an advanced lighting system and over 10,086 square feet of interior space, the Royal Ballroom is a classic venue for 700 to 950 guests. This ballroom may be divided into separate rooms. Additional features include a large hallway and a 3,639 square foot foyer.
Imperial Room
Living up to its name, this distinguished meeting room spans 918 square feet, and accommodates 60 to 90 guests. This is an ideal venue for classroom-style events or small conferences.
Regal Room
A lovely choice for smaller events, our 918 square foot venue accommodates 60 to 90 guests. Meetings, intimate receptions and team-building exercises are often on the itinerary for this venue.
Terrace Rooms 
When you need a smaller venue in a showplace luxury hotel, choose our Terrace Rooms. Accommodates 42 to 260 guests.

Hyatt Regency Orange County has retained PSAV Audio Visuals to exclusively provide a comprehensive range of production services for events held in one of our Orange County, California meeting rooms and event facilities. PSAV is a full service production company, including full-time management and staff on-site at our premier Orange County hotel. Should your organization be interested in using an outside vendor for audiovisual services, you must obtain approval in advance from your Catering and Convention Services Manager. A surcharge or supervisory fee may be assessed when using outside vendors. PSAV offers a variety of services, including:
