Choosing your Southern California wedding reception site becomes remarkably easy and rewarding when you discover our inclusive packages, world-class venues, catering and services. At Hyatt Regency Orange County, we know that every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many important details to be looked after. To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have about your Southern California wedding reception.
- Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating with 10 guests per table.
- Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
- Ceremony Room – Hyatt Regency Orange County can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of our on-site venues to find the one to suit your style.
- Availability - Make an appointment to view our available wedding reception locations:
- Daytime events may be scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Evening events may be scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Guest Accommodations - For the convenience of your wedding guests, we can offer a discounted rate with a block of 10 or more sleeping rooms. Pricing is based on availability. Please contact your catering manager for more details.
- Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
- Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
- Ice Sculptures – Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
- Parking – Complimentary self-parking in our secure lot is available for your guests.
- Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
- Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Orange County. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due five business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. A taxable 21% service charge and 7.75% state sales tax is added to all food and beverage prices.
- Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
